Overuse injuries of the upper arm primarily involve the muscles that flex/rotate and extend the elbow. The muscle tendons of the upper arm (especially the biceps at the shoulder and elbow). Most of these injuries are treated with training adjustments.
Trauma to the upper arm can result in a fracture of the upper arm or haematomas in the upper arm muscles.
